TIPS Charitable Gala Souvenir Booklet:-
We will be publishing a Souvenir Booklet that will be given at the event.
This booklet is an excellent opportunity to advertise your business to the medical community at
large.
- Ads will be placed in random order throughout the booklet.
- Ads must be received to tekmal@uthscsa.edu by August 31st, 2010.
- All checks to be made to TIPS-SW Chapter.
- All profits will go to charitable causes.

2 tickets and card size ad - $275 (save $50)
2 tickets and ¼ page ad - $300 (save $50)
2 tickets and ½ page ad - $375 (save $75)
2 tickets and full page ad - $600 (save $100)

Full page advertisement: $500
½ page advertisement: $250
¼ page advertisement: $150
card size advertisement: $125

Deadline: August 31, 2010
Electronic File: High resolution in JPEG, TIPS or PDF formats
Sizes:
- Full page: Width 7.5 Height 9.5 inches
- Half page: Width 7.5 Height 4.5 inches
- Quarter page: Width 3.5 Height 4.5 inches
- Card size: Width 3.5 Height 2.0 inches
Simple Text only advertisements can be sent as MS word file (Text box): We will try our best to reproduce included fonts to fit the size.
If you are using custom/special fonts we can only use only image files
please write the checks in favor of TIPSSW and mail to the following address
