It is with great pleasure that I would like to inform you that our AAPI Fall Governing Body Meeting is scheduled to be held in San Antonio , Texas from Friday, October 9th through Sunday, October 11th, 2009.

The purpose of combining the Fall Governing Body Meeting and the Charitable Foundation Dinner is to encourage participation in AAPI Charitable Foundation activities while minimizing the time off from practice and reducing the travel commitment for members. I hope this will allow you to be very generous to the activities of AAPI Charitable Foundation.

The TIPS SW Chapter is excited to host the AAPI Leadership for the meeting and will be hosting the AAPI Charitable Foundation fund raising dinner and entertainment on Saturday Night.
