TIPSSW

Greetings all,

It is my sincere honor to serve as President of the Texas Indo-American Physicians Society, Southwest Chapter for the 2025–2026 term.

TIPSSW has long been a cornerstone for uniting Indo-American physicians through shared values, cultural heritage, and community service. As we look ahead, my vision is to further strengthen this foundation by introducing more opportunities for networking, mentorship, and wellness, especially for those in private practice and physicians of underrepresented backgrounds.

Having previously served with TIPSJVP, I’ve witnessed the energy and innovation that younger members bring, and I’m committed to engaging the next generation of leaders. This year, we hope to expand our fundraising efforts to support local nonprofit organizations and amplify our impact across the Southwest region.

I also look forward to cultivating wellness initiatives, including yoga and meditation programs, that speak to the whole physician — not just the professional, but the person behind the white coat. Most importantly, I aim to ensure TIPSSW remains a diverse, inclusive, and empowering space for all physicians of Indian origin.

As we move forward, I am committed to advancing our shared goals of diversity, empowerment, and community impact, and I look forward to collaboration which ensures that TIPSSW continues to thrive — as both a cultural pillar and a catalyst for positive change.
